    Looking for a group of friendly people to write with?

    Our Mindful Writing Circle is an opportunity to share ideas, spend time writing, and get feedback from other writers.

    The meetings take place on Fridays from 5:30-8:00pm. You may come and go at any time.

    We will begin with a short meditation session followed by a time to set our intentions for the writing period. Then, writers are welcomed to share with each other and ask for help with their ideas.

    The bulk of the time will be spent writing. As meditation is often easier when we're with a group of people doing the same thing, writing can be the same way. Planning a time to do it, and then being with others, can help us be accountable to ourselves and to each other.

    The last half hour is dedicated for sharing our work and getting feedback on our writing, if desired. No one has to share their work if they do not wish to, and you may keep writing during this time.

    Tea and light snacks will be available. Donations are appreciated. Registration is not necessary.
