Come enjoy an an opportunity to deepen your practice!

Meditation with the sangha is a very important aspect for practitioners at every level. Sunday sessions include recitation of morning chants (first 15 minutes) followed by extended sitting/walking meditation practice. Shamatha and other lineage practices will be done simultaneously, all in silence. You may come and go at any time during the 9-12 time period.

    New to Meditation?

At 11:00 am one of our senior teachers will provide a brief introduction to our center, followed by meditation instruction. The Shambhala instructors at our center are experienced practitioners, thoroughly trained to provide guidance, support and direction to students. The meditation that we practice is called shamatha meditation which means "peaceful abiding". Click here for more information on this type of mediation.

At noon the center will host a "soup and salad social" lunch. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with old friends or ask your questions about Shambhala Buddhism to one of our senior teachers.

If you have any questions please email us at [email protected]
We humbly accept donations that will be used to maintain the space.
